Its agro range of induction motors went on stream in the year 1979. 'Batliboi' had been marketing these motors under the brand name of 'Batliboi' through their all india dealers networks. Spartan subsequently started manufaturing and marketing tailor made special purpose electric motors with the acquisition of modern assembly and testing facilities and it is thus well equipped to cater to the requirments of customers from various industrial segment.
